A Review of the Tonor Comfort Mouse, Plus 4 Important Things to Think About Before Buying A Mouse!

Our review of the Tonor Comfort Mouse will be presented in this article.

The Bluetooth mouse has quite quiet buttons and a very comfortable design.

A USB charging cable and an instruction booklet are included in the mouse’s box.

It is easy to understand and has a diagram too…

…but the font size of the writing is small so some may need their reading glasses.

The instruction leaflet also contains one mistake I will point out in my review.

Just now, I bought a mouse that I really like.

However, there are two remote trigger buttons that are easy to reach, so they are still useful.

Although this mouse may not be suitable for those with small hands, it fits well in mine.

All the buttons click with a satisfying sound, and it is of exceptional quality.

Neither of the switches is too easy to click…

…but neither of them is too firm either, even the bottom paddle switch.

Despite the fact that it has quite silent buttons and a very comfortable design…

…this Bluetooth mouse is a great mouse.

A USB charging cable and an instruction booklet…

…are included in the box with the mouse.

The leaflet is easy to understand, includes a diagram…

…but the print is very small…

…so some readers may need to wear reading glasses.

As part of my review, I will also point out a mistake in the instruction leaflet.

The mouse can be charged using a USB cable…

…and took about an hour to charge on its first charge.

Once the mouse was charged…

…connecting with my laptop was very simple.

The on/off button on the underside of the mouse is used to turn it on.

Make sure you are on the page…

…of your computer where you search for Bluetooth devices.

Press the button directly above the ‘on/off’ switch to finish.

When you hold it down for a few seconds…

…you will see a small red dot flashing…

…behind the label (still on the bottom of the mouse).

Simply select the mouse from your Bluetooth devices list and pair.

For me, pairing the mouse was very easy.

Once the mouse is paired, it can be turned off…

….and on again and it will work immediately!

It’s a nice design for a mouse. It actually fits perfectly around my hand…

…and it’s more comfortable than it looks.

Right and left mouse buttons have a silent click.

While this isn’t true silence, it is so quiet that you can only hear…

…the click in a room without any other sounds.

Clicking the mouse button is also very quiet.

As well as forward and back buttons…

…the mouse has forward and back buttons…

…that are very useful for going back…

…and forth between pages while browsing the internet.

Lastly, the DPI button on the mouse is incorrectly called the CPI button.

According to the manual, that button is called the DPI button.

According to the article, the CPI button will change the resolution…

…but it is actually a DPI button which changes the speed…

…at which the mouse pointer moves.

This is ideal for gaming, for instance…

…where the pointer needs to move much faster than on a desktop.

I really enjoy using this mouse. Because it’s Bluetooth wireless…

…I can use one fewer USB slot on my laptop.

Since my laptop only has two usb ports…

…being able to free up one slot…

…from a traditional wireless mouse…

…or even a wired mouse is awesome.

So why did I give it four rather than five stars?

I really love the overall feel of the mouse…

…it fits my hand well and is also easy to use left-handed…

…but it has a raised area at the back that touches the table.

This raised area caused me to rock the mouse backwards just a bit…

…disengaging the optical light from the surface…

…so that the mouse wouldn’t respond continuously…

…basically lifting it off the table.

While this wasn’t a bad thing…

…the mouse would go backwards quite a lot…

…when I held my hand a lot on it…

…(perhaps more an issue with the way I hold…

…the mouse than the mouse itself).

The wheel was also a bit of a struggle for me.

It’s a great wheel with a rubbery centre…

…but the edges aren’t rubbery/grippy…

…making it harder to scroll than a traditional wheel.

…and the technology that connects them to devices…

…have come a long way in recent years.

If you don’t like being connected to your PC…

…you can now purchase a wireless pointer.

There are also numerous benefits to using a wireless mouse.

The most obvious advantage is being able to use a wireless mouse…

…at a distance from the receiver (or your PC if connected via Bluetooth).

One way is to eliminate the clutter on your desk or lap by removing cabling.

There are two types of wireless connections: Bluetooth and RF (Radio Frequency).

It’s widely supported by many portable Windows PCs…

…frees up USB ports, and can even extend the life of a single charge.

The wireless mice, however, tend to be more expensive than their wired counterparts.

Setting up the Bluetooth mouse and waiting for Windows…

The goal is to be able to use your mouse for long periods of time without feeling any wrist strain.

You can choose between three types of grip:

Palm Grip — One of the most popular ways to hold a mouse is by resting…

…the entire hand on the mouse and moving the palm.

The upside is faster speeds, but the downside is a lack of accuracy…

…with quick reactions in games that require both speed and precision.

This kind of grip is suitable for mice such as Razer’s Mamba.

Claw Grip — The “does exactly what it says on the tin” grip involves cradling the mouse in your hand, which resembles a claw. In this grip, fingertips rest on forward points, while the palm rests on the rear. By combining wrist, thumb, and pinky movements, the pointer is easy to control and easy to pick up from the mouse mat.
Tip Grip — In addition, there is the Tip Grip, which is similar to the Claw but removes the palm from the rear of the mouse. The fingertips are the only parts of the body that come into contact with the mouse, and they are fully in control of both input and movement. It’s argued to be the most accurate grip for gaming, but can cause fatigue over time.
